Soniya Gleaton, MPH, has 15 years of experience supporting federal agencies with the rulemaking process. As a director at ICF, Soniya specializes in public comment management and docket support services. Utilizing ICF’s CommentWorks public comment analysis tool and other proven comment analysis processes, Soniya supports federal agencies in all aspects of the comment analysis process, including docket management and comment processing and posting, strategies in sorting large volumes of comments, efficiencies in comment analysis, development of comment summaries and comment responses, and development of docket statistics reports.

Additionally, Soniya is experienced in managing and developing tasks related to decision files and administrative records. Soniya has supported agencies in efforts related to the National Environmental Protection Act (NEPA), offshore wind energy, offshore oil and gas leasing, U.S. dietary guidelines, tobacco regulation, and other rulemaking subject matter.

Soniya holds an MPH from Drexel University and a BA from the University of Massachusetts.
