Louisiana. Texas. New Jersey. New York. After the most devastating storms in the nation’s history struck these states, the ICF team was there. In the wake of Superstorm Sandy, we helped New Jersey implement their $4.1 billion CDBG-DR program. At the state and local level, we’ve designed and implemented the programs that help communities pull their lives back together.
