Neil Sullivan

Vice President, Environment and Planning
Neil is an environmental expert with over 20 years of experience providing permitting services for a diverse range of federal, state, and commercial clients.

Neil leads a team providing National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) and environmental permitting services for public and private clients. He has more than 20 years of experience in environmental impact assessment and local and federal environmental program management.

Neil has extensive experience in managing the preparation and review of NEPA documents for projects across the United States. He manages a team of over 200 environmental professionals who support a diverse client base, including the Federal Aviation Administration, Bureau of Land Management, Bureau of Ocean Energy Management, Department of Energy, Surface Transportation Board, Forest Service, U.S. Agency for International Development, state departments of transportation, and commercial developers of renewable energy and mining projects. His team includes environmental subject matter experts, field biologists, cultural resources experts, habitat conservation planners, and GIS experts.
